One: Tempered glass
low iron tempered glass (also known as white glass), thickness 3.2 mm, transmittance of more than 90% in the wavelength range of solar cell spectral response (320-1100NM), and high reflectivity for infrared light greater than 1200NM. This glass is also resistant to ultraviolet light radiation, and the light transmittance does not decrease.
Second: Solar cells
The solar cell is the smallest unit of photoelectric conversion, the size is usually 125125 or 156156. The working voltage of the solar cell is about 0.5V, which usually cannot be used as a power source alone. After the solar cells are encapsulated in series and parallel, they become solar panels. The power is usually a few watts to several tens of watts, one hundred to two hundred watts, and can be used as a power source alone.
Third: EVA
EVA is a hot melt adhesive with a thickness between 0.4mm and 0.6mm, with a smooth surface, uniform thickness, and a crosslinking agent. It is non-sticky and anti-sticky at room temperature. After a certain price adjustment and hot pressing, it will melt and bond, crosslink and solidify, and become completely transparent. The cured EVA can withstand changes in the atmosphere and is elastic. It “covers and underlays” the cell, encapsulates it, and combines it with the upper protective material-glass, and the lower protective material backplane (TPT, BBF, etc.), using vacuum The lamination technology is integrated. On the other hand, it can increase the light transmittance of the glass after being bonded to the glass, play an anti-reflection effect, and have a gain effect on the output of the solar panel.
Fourth: Junction box
The junction box is usually made of ABS, and is added with anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet radiation agents, which can ensure that the battery banna will not be aging and cracked when used outdoors for more than 25 years. The terminal is made of nickel-plated high-conductivity electrolytic copper, which can ensure the electrical conduction and reliable electrical connection. The junction box is glued to the surface of the back plate with silica gel.
Fifth: Aluminum frame
The frame is made of hard aluminum alloy, and the thickness of the surface oxide layer is greater than 10 microns, which can guarantee more than 25 years of use in the outdoor environment, will not be corroded, and is firm and durable.
Sixth: Backboard
Backplane is the protective material on the back of the battery panel, usually TPT, BBF, DNP and so on. These protective materials have good resistance to environmental erosion, insulation, and can bond well with EVA.
